Hey Kari, I'm Cheryl Sherwood's daughter. I remember watching you and your sister singing Hotel California at Shakey's Pizza many years ago and always wished I would be as good someday. I'm so glad you went on the show to allow everyone to see just how amazing you are. I cried when I watched your performance. Best of luck in the future. Cindy

I was so disappointed when they cut you before they even left the airport. They let through terrible acts instead. Then I heard Simon's announcement and I thought Kari will be one of these acts. Yeah right. I guess they were just afraid you would win! Keep following your dream, you will make it! Now I hope Kevin Skinner wins! Good luck Kari.

Kari, Enjoyed your performance on AGT, was sure you'd move on to great things there, but it wasn't meant to be. This time.... Don't let it hamper your dream . Loved the videos on this website. ( Which I just found in the newest "Scanner" mag! Thanks, Scanner! ) My fave was the "Don't rain on my parade" video. You had it sooooooooooo beautifully perfect! BTW, my youngest offspring lives in Kirkland, and was there to visit in March. Love Pike's Place Market! huggs from the Hurricane Magnet! Mari Mari Green

I keep coming back to this site to watch and listen to your videos and I have to scratch my head and ask WHY? How could AGT have selected so many mediocre artists/acts over you and your talent? Please do keep this site up and let us know all the wonderful things happening in your life. My husband and I are huge fans and can't help but wonder what they were thinking. I loved AGT last season, but they've lost our interest and enthusiasm when they did the exact same thing that the cruise ship captain did with one exception, they did at least give you the courtesy of letting you show the world you can sing. You have a huge talent. Keep posting and we'll keep coming back to offer encouragement and our best wishes for a beautiful future filled with all the dreams you can possibly dream. We're behind you 200% and then some.

Kari you have a unbelievable voice....I am in florida and I enter for the past 2 years in the 50 and over cat. and came in second 2 years in a row in talent quest. I saw the website in Laughlin and I reconized you from AGT....I told my wife that she should have been chosen but was sad to hear and see you weren't don't worry they will get your for the wildcard spot......I kinda think that I am snake bit being second to years in a row to guys that i thouhgt were inferior to me as far as singing goes but that might sound like sour grapes....If you reply and I hope that you do I can send you the performances and you can jusdge for yourself....Or go to talent Quest florida 2009 on youtube and see them....I sang Don't stop believin' You can leave your hat on and Show me the way by Styx....I hope to hear from you and maybe exchange numbers so that I can get an insight for laughlin 2009 being that you were there and won!......Joe Diaz

i kept asking myself and anyone who would listen where you were. i didn't see the show where you didn't go through. what were they thinking. you are soooooo much better then so many of the acts that made it through,it left me very confused. i just hope that some one out there saw what a special talent you have and gives you a chance to show it to the world
