Beaman records and sells his CD's from his website. www.lawerncebeaman --Kevin Skinner ( AKA Bent lemon) www.bentlemon.com. Kevin has been writing and singing for years. even In Nashville. They tell you he has neven been out of KY. (BS) he and his sister sang in Nashville just about every week-end. His brother has a masters deg. from ND in music. I watched Barbara Padilla on youtube this AM. I support her beating cancer - what an ordeal to go through and I am glad she is helping others to have the courage. But let's get real here - how many people if they had had her opportunities, money, education, experiences would not sound as good. to me she should not be allowed on this amateur show. She is a documented professional now. This is not fair and not even at all. I was furious. She can sing anywhere and get a great job. She does not need AGT. There are few spots for opera singers really. I thought this was about discovering raw talent maybe with some mininal prof help but not like this woman has been priviledged to have had. And to boot they axe the kids after allowing them to come on!!!! Saying you cant play VEGAS!!! what is up with that America???? All they want is a VEGAS act and Simon can rake in more money. Almost all of the acts they brought back were awful. They sent home good ones. There is something tha

Kari, I don't often hear a voice that reaches into my heart and touches the center of my soul. Yours did. I suspect that your life has been a struggle in ways most of us could never understand. I hope that knowing your voice has touched and inspired so many will remove some of the pain that struggle has left behind. I have an "idea" and it might work. Since you need to get a CD done, if I could arrange it that you could do a show with an orchestra and have it recorded, would you be interested? It could be done as a benefit for the orchestra and at the same time get you a live CD with more then just a backup band. Would take a little time to get it set up. Sure could be a nice way to "bust out of the gate" as they say. Could be a good way to have your first CD.
